【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestoproportional-integral-derivative(PID)pneumaticandelectricindustrial-processcontrollersusinganaloguecontinuousinputandoutputsignalswhichareinaccordancewithcurrentinternationalstandards.Itshouldbenotedthatwhilethetestsspecifiedhereincovercontrollershavingsuchsignals,theycanbeappliedinprincipletocontrollershavingdifferentbutcontinuoussignals.Itshouldbealsonotedthatthisstandardhasbeenwrittenforpneumaticandelectricindustrial-processcontrollerswithonlyanaloguecomponentsandisnotnecessarilytobeusedforcontrollerswithmicroprocessors.Thisstandardisintendedtospecifyuniformmethodsoftestforevaluatingtheperformanceofindustrial-processPIDcontrollerswithanalogueinputandoutputsignals1).Thetestconditionsspecifiedinthisstandard,forexampletherangeofambienttemperatures,powersupply,etc.,areusedwhennoothervaluesareagreeduponbythemanufacturerandtheuser.Whenafullevaluationinaccordancewiththisstandardisnotrequired,thosetestswhicharerequiredshallbeperformedandtheresultsreportedinaccordancewiththosepartsofthestandardwhicharerelevant.Thetestingprogramshouldbesubjecttoanagreementbetweenmanufactureranduser,dependingonthenatureandtheextentoftheequipmentunderconsideration.

【摘要】:Thisfiretestresponsestandardisdesignedtoprovideabasisforestimatingoneaspectofthefireexposurebehaviorofafloor-coveringsysteminstalledinabuildingcorridor.Thetestenvironmentisintendedtosimulateconditionsthathavebeenobservedanddefinedinfullscalecorridorexperiments.Thetestisintendedtobesuitableforregulatorystatutes,specificationacceptance,designpurposes,ordevelopmentandresearch.Thefundamentalassumptioninherentinthetestisthatcriticalradiantfluxisonemeasureofthesensitivitytoflamespreadoffloor-coveringsystemsinabuildingcorridor.Thetestisapplicabletofloor-coveringsystemspecimensthatfolloworsimulateacceptedinstallationpractice.Testsontheindividualelementsofafloorsystemareoflimitedvalueandnotvalidforevaluationoftheflooringsystem.Note18212;Inthisprocedure,thespecimensaresubjectedtooneormorespecificsetsoflaboratoryfiretestexposureconditions.Ifdifferenttestconditionsaresubstitutedortheanticipatedend-useconditionsarechanged,itmaynotbepossiblebyorfromthistesttopredictchangesintheperformancecharacteristicsmeasured.Therefore,theresultsarestrictlyvalidonlyforthefiretestexposureconditionsdescribedinthisprocedure.Ifthetestresultsobtainedbythismethodaretobeconsideredinthetotalassessmentoffirerisk,thenallpertinentestablishedcriteriaforfireriskassessmentdevelopedbyCommitteeE05mustbeincludedintheconsideration.1.1Thisfire-test-responsestandardcoversaprocedureformeasuringthecriticalradiantfluxofhorizontallymountedfloor-coveringsystemsexposedtoaflamingignitionsourceinagradedradiantheatenergyenvironmentinatestchamber.Aspecimenismountedoverunderlayment,asimulatedconcretestructuralfloor,bondedtoasimulatedstructuralfloor,orotherwisemountedinatypicalandrepresentativeway.1.2Thisfire-test-responsestandardmeasuresthecriticalradiantfluxatflame-out.Itprovidesabasisforestimatingoneaspectoffireexposurebehaviorforfloor-coveringsystems.Theimposedradiantfluxsimulatesthethermalradiationlevelslikelytoimpingeonthefloorsofabuildingwhoseuppersurfacesareheatedbyflamesorhotgases,orboth,fromafullydevelopedfireinanadjacentroomorcompartment.Thestandardwasdevelopedtosimulateanimportantfireexposurecomponentoffiresthatdevelopincorridorsorexitwaysofbuildingsandisnotintendedforroutineuseinestimatingflamespreadbehavioroffloorcoveringinbuildingareasotherthancorridorsorexitways.SeeAppendixX1forinformationonproperapplicationandinterpretationofexperimentalresultsfromuseofthistest.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnotesthatprovideexplanatoryinformation.Thesenotesandfootnotes,excludingthoseintablesandfigures,shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthisstandard.1.5Thisstandardisusedtomeasureanddescribetheresponseofmaterials,products,orassembliestoheatandflameundercontrolledconditionsbutdoesnotbyitselfincorporateallfactorsrequiredforfire-hazardorfire-riskassessmentofmaterials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions..1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesa......
